Care Guide

Although these pieces are made to last for many years, please use care. All handmade ceramics can be fragile in nature, and MiLK HOUSE CRMX cannot be held responsible for breaks in the future.

The ceramics shared with you are fully vitrified and nonporous clay. This means that the clay is not absorbent, making it dishwasher, microwave, and food safe (unless otherwise stated in the listing). However, hand-washing is recommended to extend the life of your pot.

Refund Policy

All sales are considered final. Returns and/or refunds will not be accepted. The batches of ceramics are made in small quantities, leaving no room to replace or return. Feel free to reach out to me at paige@milkhousecrmx.com with any further questions or concerns at any time!

Shipping Policy

Please allow up to 5 business days for processing and packaging of your orders. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification via e-mail. You can always reach out to me at paige@milkhousecrmx.com for more detailed information.

I cannot guarantee any delivery timings after shipping as they can vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Shipping costs depend on the weight of your order and the shipping address you entered during checkout.

Local Pickup is available upon request.
